Insurance, Finances & Paying Your Bill

Uninsured patients, patients paying cash or patients with co-pays must pay in full on the day of service. There is a Stripe link on my Doxy.me waiting room wall so patients can pay before session. Please ask me about the sliding scale for needy patients.

I request that patients who want to cancel or change an appointment for any reason do so 48 business hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $175 late cancel/no show fee.

All fees for service are ultimately the responsibility of the patient.  Co-pays, co-insurances, and deductible amounts are due on the day of service. If for any reason, a patient's insurance does not pay, the patient is responsible for paying their bill.

I do not accept Medicaid, Washington Apple Health plans or Medicare or Medicare plans at this time.
